What we believe

Small teams ship better software.

Every product on our floor is run by fewer people than a sensible company would assign to its logo. This is not a constraint. It is the entire strategy.

Boring technology is a feature.

We pick the dullest thing that will still be running in five years. Our stack fits on an index card, which leaves the other side free for the roadmap.

Good tools collect fees, not attention.

Software for working people should be glanced at, trusted, and closed. If a customer spends an evening in one of our apps, we treat it as a bug report.

Every product must survive a real Tuesday.

Demos are Saturdays. We build for the rainout, the refund, the double-booked field, and the parent who replies-all.

If it isn’t worth a high five, it doesn’t ship.
